Changing Nintendo Stars to Wii Points

I’ve found that you can change your Nintendo Stars to Wii Points here… http://wiipointscard.nintendo-europe.com, however I’ve been checking for a while and they never have any up for grabs.

Ahem… I smell a ripoff.
