After a fairly epic run out all the way to Grimsby and then back via Scunthorpe (seeing some pretty dreadful installation work in the process!) I arrived back at work at about 3:30 and after spending a brief moment sorting out my post, I sat and wrapped up my accounts and sent them across to the accountant.
An email back confirmed receipt of the information and by Friday my submission should be completed.
